Visit of the Tirol Vocational School Innsbruck at STASTO

A look behind the scenes of our company and into our training practice.

Practice meets training

As part of the training course “Betriebslogistikkauffrau/-mann” (industrial logistics clerk), we were visited by the Tiroler Fachberufsschule Innsbruck. The aim of the tour was to give the students a realistic insight into an industrial company and to make the connection between vocational training and operational practice visible.

Tour of central departments

During the tour, the participants received an overview of various company areas – from administrative workflows to operational processes. It became clear how different departments work together and what role structured processes play in day-to-day operations.

In addition to organizational topics, our STASTO values book and internal collaboration were also presented. The aim was not only to show processes, but also to convey an understanding of our way of working and our self-image as an industrial company.

In addition, the students were able to get to know the company building as a whole – including modern work areas and communal zones such as activity areas, fitness area and sky bar. These insights provided a comprehensive picture of our working environment.

Why we welcome school classes

Exchanges with educational institutions are a deliberate part of STASTO’s corporate practice. As a company in the fields of pneumatics, industrial valves and automation, we rely on qualified specialists.

Through tours like this, we enable prospective skilled workers to experience industrial structures and processes first-hand. At the same time, we promote dialogue between vocational training and industry and create transparency regarding career prospects in an industrial environment.

The visit to the Tiroler Fachberufsschule Innsbruck highlights the importance of a close connection between schools and companies. For the students, it was an opportunity to link theoretical knowledge with practical impressions and to get to know an industrial company as a whole.
