Shipping for stocked products
Stocked products are usually prepared for shipping within 0 to 2 business days. The subsequent transit time is usually 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping method, and availability of the carrier.
For deliveries to Austria, a shipping flat rate from 9.60 EUR currently applies. From an order value of 2,400.00 EUR, shipping to Austria is usually free of charge.
Different costs and delivery times may apply for other countries, project-related deliveries, bulky goods, special logistics, or products that are not in stock. The binding values are shown during checkout or in the quotation.
Returns for stocked products
Returns are possible for stocked products after prior coordination with STASTO. Please contact us before sending goods back so we can check the product, the reason for the return, and the next processing steps.
Returns are usually sent back by parcel shipment. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the return shipping costs. Goods must arrive at STASTO complete, unused, and in resalable condition.
Special procurements, customer-specific products, opened or used goods, and products that are not stocked products may be excluded from return.
